"It do not work! Customer services seemed convinced I was not operating it correctly & kept telling me to try turning it on! Try in different plug! Try in another room! I told them in tbe 1st email exactly what I had done which covered all these stupid suggestions! It was like being gaslighted! It took loads of emails to get return address which they were reluctant to give, in the end I rang them, still had to wait days for return address. All the time they are sending me feedback emails! I do not have a printer so asked specifically for a QR code for Post Office & double checked they had understood that, more days then it arrived took to post office only to find it was an Evri code so had to make a further journey. I have had an email to say they have it but still waiting for refund! They were quick enough to take my £50. Over all, shambolic, disorganised, seriously don't waste your time."
