Shipping Options
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days but we aim for 1 business day. The exception being Express & Next Day Shipping which will be dispatched faster to adhere to their faster delivery times.
We offer the following shipping options:
- Super Saver Shipping (5 - 7 business days) - £2.99
- Standard Shipping (3-5 days) - £3.99
- Express Shipping (1 - 2 days) - £4.99 - for orders placed before 2pm
- Next Working Day Shipping (Next day) - £5.49 - for orders placed before 12pm
- 2-Man Delivery Shipping (3 - 21 days) - £10
- Shipping Costs
Sometimes we will offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount, this number can vary depending on promotional activity but will always be sign-posted during your shopping experience.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days but we aim for 1 business day. The exception being Express & Next Day Shipping which will be dispatched faster to adhere to their faster delivery times.
For Next Working Day Shipping (£5.49) your order must be placed before 12pm, if you order after this time your order will be process on the following days Next Day Shipping.
For the Express Shipping (£4.99) the cut off time to be applied to that days Express Shipping run is 2pm. If it is placed after this time then it will be processed on the following days Express Shipping.
Delivery Areas
We currently only deliver to the UK and Northern Ireland.
Couriers
We partner with reliable couriers like Royal Mail, DHL, Evri (formerly Hermes), DPD, UPS, and others. Items will be directly shipped by our trusted Yimbly partners using their chosen courier.
Tracking Information:
You'll receive tracking information via email & sometimes SMS once your order ships.
Partial Delivery:
In some instances where your order consists of multiple boxes, individual boxes may be delivered on separate days.
- If you have not received your full delivery as expected, please follow these steps:
- Open the parcel(s) you have received to confirm that not all items were dispatched in the parcel(s) received.
- Check the 'Track My Parcel' feature by visiting My Orders for the latest status on your item. The remaining items may be still on their way to you.
- If the tracking information does not provide updates on the delivery status, please customer support by clicking here. We will assist in ensuring that your remaining item(s) are delivered promptly.
