Caresince the string of bananas is a succulent, it needs very little water. In the summer, watering once every two weeks is enough, and in the winter, watering once a month is enough. If you doubt whether you should water the plant again, you can tell by looking at the bananas. When they begin to shrivel a bit, the water supply is almost exhausted and the plant is thirsty. The string of bananas will do fine in a sunny spot!
