Poor delivery , wrong size , bad customer service
"Unfortunately, the product arrived in the wrong size. I contacted customer service to report the problem. The case was accepted, but I had to wait a week after re-initiating the problem for any response from customer service. I was asked if I wanted to return the wrong size cage and the company would deliver the correct one, or if I wanted to return the product and get a refund. I asked for an exchange. The company was to deliver the correct size and I was to return the wrong one. Unfortunately, I waited several more days and tried to contact the company again by email. I was ignored. Finally, I was told, probably just to be spiteful, that they could only refund my money after collecting the cage from me. This was despite the fact that the size I ordered ( proper size) and paid for is in stock. I absolutely do not recommend this company. I advise you to be careful with them. The cage is of very good quality. I know this because I have had a cage of this size at home for several years. I made this purchase from Yimbly because I couldn't find this size anywhere else, and I had been searching for a long time and everywhere. I highly recommend the product itself, but not the Yimbly shop."
