Zaluzianskya 'star balsam' produces delicate white evening blooms with deep red undersides that open each night from curled red buds, releasing a sweet vanilla fragrance that attracts pollinators. This compact, semi-evergreen perennial grows to about 50cm, flowers from may to september, and prefers full sun and well-drained soil while remaining hardy. Ideal for containers, borders and pollinator gardens, its serrated slightly sticky foliage adds texture to terraces and patios. Pollinator-friendly and recyclable.
