Marshalls garden wilja is a second-early seed potato that bridges the gap between first earlies and main crops. It produces yellow, firm oval tubers with a light, earthy flavour, ideal for boiling and general-purpose cooking. The variety gives high yields and good resistance to common diseases. Plants reach approx. 30-60 cm and prefer full sun in well-drained, loamy soil; suitable for garden beds, containers or greenhouses and can be positioned to form an effective windbreak for tender nearby crops.
