Marshalls garden renegade is a hardy, high-yield spinach with smooth, oval dark-green leaves and short stems. Disease-tolerant and slow to bolt, it shows excellent resistance to downy mildew and performs well in cool, damp conditions for winter cropping. Use as tender baby leaves or harvest mature plants; best flavor when harvested may to september. Grows to about 50 cm and suits containers, raised beds or greenhouse planting.
