Compact, bushy osteospermum 'dalina purple outback' produces masses of large, purple-tinged red daisy-like flowers from may to october, making it an eye-catching choice for pots and borders. You will receive super plugs in plug trays from our nursery; these are designed to protect plants in transit and must be potted on before planting out. On arrival, place trays in shallow water to soak the rootballs, then gently tease plugs out with a pencil or narrow dibber and pot into approx 3-inch pots filled with quality potting compost. Keep plugs moist and aim to pot on within 3 days. Grow in full sun in well-drained soil; plants reach about 20-30cm.
