Marshalls Garden Japanese Lace Fern (evergreen, Rhs Agm)

Attractive evergreen fern with feathery fronds that emerge yellowish-green with slender golden scales, turning a glossy green as they mature. Shade-loving and hardy, it prefers moist, well-drained soil and grows to about 100 cm tall with a fully established spread of 50–100 cm. Suitable for containers or borders and pairs well with other shade plants such as hostas; cut back any dead fronds in winter to encourage new growth. Holder of the rhs award of garden merit and supplied as a 2l plant from marshalls garden.
