Grow sweet, tart and refreshing fruit with this marshalls garden gooseberry bush collection, featuring three bare-root two-year-old bushes: hinnonmaki (sweet yellow), invicta (tart with body) and hinnonmaki red (large and refreshing). Each ready-trained bush arrives on a sturdy leg with two strong branches and typically fruits from the second year, yielding about 2–2.5 kg (5–6 lbs) per bush and producing for at least 10 years. Plant in well-drained soil in partial sun; allow 1.8 m (6 ft) between plants and 1.2 m (4 ft) between rows, or grow in containers or borders for patios, small gardens and raised beds.
