Marshalls garden kiwi 'golden' is a vigorous climbing actinidia chinensis that produces smooth-skinned fruits with bright golden flesh and a sweet, tropical flavour. Perfect for trellises, arches, pergolas or containers, it adds lush foliage and ornamental interest while delivering heavy crops in late summer to early autumn. The plant is female and requires a male pollinator—pair with 'atlas', 'matua' or 'tomuri' for best results. Hardy once established, it prefers full sun, a sheltered position and well-drained soil and grows to around 180 cm; supplied as 1 x 2l plant.
