Vibrant mix of double and semi-double dahlia ‘decorative mixed’ seeds, perfect for late-summer colour and cutting. Plants reach about 120 cm tall with a 45 cm spread, making them ideal for borders, large containers and pollinator-friendly gardens. Sow indoors in moist seed compost, cover lightly and keep warm at 15-20°c; transplant seedlings 5 cm apart and harden off for 2–3 weeks before planting out after the last frost. Grow in full sun in well-drained loamy soil and allow 45 cm between plants. Deadhead regularly to extend flowering from july to october, remove lower leaves to reduce botrytis, and lift tubers for dormant indoor storage over winter.
