Marshalls Garden Basil Seeds Pluto - Compact Aromatic Variety

Marshalls garden basil seeds 'pluto' — an easy-to-grow, fine and compact basil with a fresh aroma. Sow indoors any time (optimum feb–jul): use 8 cm pots of firm, pre-watered compost, cover with a thin layer of compost or vermiculite, cover with cling film and keep at about 15°c. When seedlings appear, remove the film and place on a sunny windowsill; keep compost damp but not wet. Harden off and plant out in late spring or summer, or grow in containers at least 20 cm diameter. Plants reach about 25 cm; harvest tips regularly, remove flowers and water in the morning to avoid leaving plants wet overnight.
