Marshalls garden apple twin tree with two grafted varieties, braeburn and idared, on semi-dwarf m26 rootstock. Braeburn yields crisp, aromatic, sweet and juicy apples, while idared produces firm, brightly coloured fruit with a mildly sharp flavour, good for eating and cooking. The two varieties bloom together and provide cross-pollination for reliable fruit set. Hardy, suited to full sun and well-drained soil, grown to 2.5–3.5 m at maturity, usually fruiting in 2–4 years. Supplied as a 2-year-old tree, ideal for garden beds or large containers.
