"No shelves and no assembly instructions although I was eventually sent a digital copy after waiting 10/14 days and only after I had reviewed on Trust pilot but am still awaiting a response to the missing shelves which if I do no not hear by end of this week I will be contacting my bank for a charge back"
"I was really disappointed with the assembled shed as indicated in the title this is because there was a range of differences, such as: condition (scratches); size variable to advert measurements, depth 19”v 23. 4”, width 29” v 33”. The final variable was the colour which is a light brown/ tan v the dark brown in advert. I’ve posted in the other trust pilot review as well."
"Bought a small metal storage shed but there were items missing and no assembly instructions but am having problems with Yimbly responding to the missing items they eventually sent assembly instructions via email but defly silence regarding g the missing parts Tomboy keep replying to reach out to them and they will help but even if you reach out nothing happens If I have not heard positively from Yimbly by Monday 5th Jan 26 then I will be contacting my bank for a reverse charge on the £105 item I purchased which is not as described with missing parts"

"Scratched, bent and had to create holes. If the company offer a partial refund (I can send photos of proof) then I will change my review stars due to the customer service. Also placed rods where instructions stated but now it's put together I can't have the shelving high enough which means I can't fit certain items in."
