operation guide

1. Plug the fryer into a grounded socket. The buzzer will beep, and the display will flash.

2. Place food ingredients into the frying basket, avoid overfilling or underfilling the basket.

3. Note: always hold the handle when moving the fryer.

4. Press the power button to turn on, and the screen will be lighted on.

5. Press the power button again to activate the "min" indicator.

6. Use up and down buttons to adjust the time by 1-minute increments. Hold the buttons for rapid adjustments.

7. Press the power button again to activate the "temp" indicator.

8. Use up and down buttons to adjust the temperature by 5°c (41°f) increments. Hold the buttons for rapid adjustments.

9. Press the power button to start cooking.

10. There are 8 preset modes. You can simply select the appropriate mode then press the power button to start.

11. When the cooking time is up, you will hear a beep, and "off" will be displayed. The motor will stop after 10 seconds, and the display will flash.

12. To manually stop the fryer, press the power button.

13. Note: if the food needs more cooking time, slide the frying pan back in and set the timer for additional minutes.
