Servicing and Repairs

Your Hygge E-Bike can be serviced or repaired at any Decathlon branch. To book a repair, simply visit the Services section on the Decathlon website or call your nearest Decathlon store to arrange a time slot.

Warranty

All Hygge Bikes come with a 1-year warranty on electrical components, 3 years on the frame, and 6–12 months on wear-and-tear parts. To claim or for more information, please contact Decathlon or Hygge Bikes directly.
