"I'm sorry to have to post a 10% negative feedback for Yimbly. . . I certainly won't use them again. . . I ordered a Mini Homcom Oven for a local pensioner. . We waited around 2 weeks but it never arrived. . . I contacted Yimbly UK online to enquire where it was and was informed it had been delivered. . I explained that it had not been delivered only to be informed it had been delivered to a neighbours house but the courier didn't know what number. . . . . After I had paid for delivery, I now found I had to start knocking on doors to establish who had the oven. . . I paid for it to be delivered and not to have to find it. . . . No neighbours had seen the parcel. . I filled a form in which felt like I was telling lies about the parcel. . . . I eventually got an email stating that . . . You will get your money back because we have now run out of stock. . . Does anyone else agree. . . This is not the purchasers problem. . . . I told Yimbly to get the courier to come back and retrieve the parcel then redeliver. . But no. . . They said they couldn't do that . . . . So. . . This old age pensioner was purchasing the oven because his large oven at home was broken and he just wanted something small and inexpensive to run to warm his meals in . . . I have given him his money back . . . . The poor soul. . . They could have compensated the poor chap. . . didn't even get an apology . . . That's Yimbly for you. . . It's the 1st time I've ordered off them and the last time. . . Sad to say. . . Temu have served us better. . . . Sorry for the rant but I do feel for this old neighbour. . . .
