"First one was faulty - the controls did not work fully, but replaced fairly promptly with no quibble. The second one looks the biz, and has worked OK so far. Like that you can view the food as it cooks. Cleaning the elements might be an issue in the longer run as they're exposed. Useful bit of kit."
