Hayloft Salvia Involucrata 'mulberry Jam' - 9cm Pot

A slender upright clump-forming perennial that bears bright, mulberry pink blooms on deep purple, brown stems above small green, ovate leaves. Salvia involucrata 'mulberry jam' is great for weed-suppressing groundcover and its drought tolerance also makes it ideal for a gravel or mediterranean garden.a half hardy perennial that prefers a site which enjoys full sun and benefits from a sheltered southerly or westerly aspect. Flowers are produced from june to october and will attract bees, butterflies and other pollinators into your garden as additional interest. 'mulberry jam' will also grow happily in a container, although it may require additional support as it grows to a height of 1.2m with a spread of 1m. Ensure that the growing medium is moist and well-drained as salvia does not like to have wet feet. Supplied in 9cm pots.
