Butterfly rannunculus make excellent cut flowers as they flower on tall, strong stems each with 5-7 flowers. In the garden the blooms flutter above the foliage like butterflies shining in the sun. They are highly floriferous and long lasting; the petals have a waxy coating that keeps them looking fresh and vibrant. Grow in borders, beds, containers or in your cutting garden in free-draining soil in full sun, placing them 30cm apart. Collection contains ‘ariadne’ a soft pink semi-double variety, ‘graces’ has beautiful double cream flowers and ‘minerva’ is a stunning buttery yellow. All grow to about 70cm tall making them a perfect height for vases and bouquets.
