Lonicera japonica 'red world' is an enthusiastic beauty which will happily climb up a trellis or fence, clamber through a shrub or structure or create a carpet of lush, weed suppressing foliage if left on the ground. Clusters of tubular, bright red, double-tongued blooms, creamy white inside, almost cover the foliage all summer and will fill your garden with scent, so plant near a favourite seat or window to fully experience the perfume. Full of nectar, the blooms are a favourite of our insect friends. Lonicera japonica 'red world' prefers to be grown in moist, well-drained soil in sun or partial shade with the roots in shade. Growing to a height of 6m, and spreading to 1.5m. Supplied in a 2L pot.
