In late spring, an abundance of small pink buds develops on new growth, which is unusual for a daphne and will give you new flowers throughout the summer. Each flower opens to reveal highly scented white blooms which almost cover the attractive, leathery, semi-evergreen foliage. Voted as one of the most fragrant shrubs in the uk and has received an rhs agm award, daphne are a must-have plant for every garden. Daphne eternal fragrance is a low maintenance plant, requiring very little attention. It prefers to be grown in well-drained soil in sun or part shade. Growing to a height and spread of approximately 60-90cm it is a hardy shrub for you to enjoy for years to come, flourishing outside in usual uk winters.
