A exotic looking garden favourite to provide you with copious amounts of dark, rich pink blooms for the garden (and the vase). Drawn from the ‘maxi series’ this alluring alstroemeria offers colourful, delightfully speckled and marked blooms for the borders from june to november. Furthermore, multi-flowered stems will last up to 14 days in the vase. A not so well-known ‘handy hint’ is to deadhead when needed by pulling the flowers stems gently from the bottom of the plant. In doing so, the resulting 'wound' will initiate the formation of new flowers. Alstroemeria are adored by our pollinating friends who will make a beeline for your garden to feast on the multiple blooms. Prefers a site with moist, well-drained soil of any aspect.
