A shade dwelling majestic perennial which brings height and elegance to your garden. Actaea simplex 'pink spike' is the perfect plant for a shady spot which does not dry out. Actaea simplex 'pink spike' is rabbit and deer resistant, if this is an issue in your garden, and will grow to a mature height of approximately 1.5m spreading to around 75cm. Actaea prefer to be grown in moist but not boggy soil in dappled, partial shade to keep a good foliage colour. A fully hardy, herbaceous perennial which dies back below the ground over winter and returns the following spring. Supplied in 9cm pots.
