Being properly honest

"Delivery was quick and as scheduled. The instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. Aesthetically very nice. When it came to quality the chairs were okay but the table is a complete waste of time very unstable and if you’re elderly and put your hand on the table when you go to get up this is not the product for you! I purchased this as a gift for my mother as her table and chairs were getting a little old however after just five minutes I had to go to the shed and get them back out again as this was a complete waste of time. I ended up taking it to a local charity shop."

"Table top is very unstable and wobbly. Couldn't have a cup of tea on this table without spilling it! It was obviously not designed for the patio as the whole table and chairs set would be blown over by the wind! Would never buy this product again and certainly would not recommend it to any of my family or friends to purchase."

Disgraceful customer services

"I was offered a rebate but uour customer services went out of their way to avoid paying a rebate. I could never recommend your dreadful company. You have no idea how to deal with customers. Totally appalling behaviour, cannot return phone calls, cannot reply to emails, failed to organise appropriate return. Obviously avoided paying a refund."

Looks great!

"The set does look really lovely in my garden, but it isn't well made at all. It's also quite flimsy, especially the table, which is very light and wobbly. I get strong winds where I live and the table will be flying in 50mph winds! Had issues with one of the chairs backs, which didn't align with the seat, but the issue was dealt with from a very friendly customer services. I personally would buy the metal version if you don't get lots of rain to rust it, as I do."

Commendable after-sales service

"I am now pleased with the patio set which is suitable for our small garden and looks attractive. The table and one chair were straightforward to assemble but there was a problem with the second chair where the threads on the back did not match up with the base holes. A second back was sent and then a third which still did not fit. Then a back attached to a base was sent. Eventually I had a 2nd chair. However, we cannot praise the after-sales service enough. With their courtesy and friendliness we got there in the end. This is just as important as the sale itself."
