"After several messages to and from Yimbly discussing the fact that all the photos for any size cover shows 2 pillow cases and that I could not find anywhere in the text that said a Single duvet only included 1 pillow case they were not really helpful. Repeated that a single set only includes 1 pillow case. Could have been better."
"I was very pleased when I first saw my Duvet Cover Set. It was the exact colour that was pictured On- Line. I decided it be best to wash the Duvet Set before using it. . . . . I followed the washing instructions exactly to the letter but, when I took the Set from the W. Machine, it look like a rag. I only gave it a 800 spin so it wld. ,not crease too much, I line dry so not be too creased (as I Do with All my b Bed Linen!) When almost dry, I then give the Set a short Tumble Dry in Order to get any creases out. Even After this Procedure, it was really creased (pillow slips were just as bad!) Any other Duvet Sets I have, following my Procedures, are all ok to put straight back on the bed. . . . Such a shame as Colour & Pattern are ideal. Again, very disappointed 😞. SueH"
