The cooks professional 28cm wok is built for high-heat, high-speed cooking, ideal for stir-fries, searing meat and steaming dumplings. Its deep, sloped sides provide plenty of room to move ingredients while helping contain splashes. Featuring tri-ply construction with a premium aluminium core enclosed by 304 stainless steel layers, the wok delivers even, responsive heat across the cooking surface. The pfas-free xeradur® 5 ceramic non-stick coating uses a dual-layer sol-gel system for durable, easy food release and quick clean-up, with the smooth ceramic surface free from pfas, including ptfe and pfoa, as well as lead and cadmium. A heat-resistant tempered glass lid helps lock in steam, heat and flavour, while the riveted main and helper handles provide secure handling. Compatible with all hob types, including induction, and oven safe up to 260°c. Weight: 1.3kg. Max External Dimensions: 55cm (L) x 30cm (W) x 15cm (H).
