Cooks Professional Reversible Bamboo Carving & Chopping Board

The cooks professional reversible chopping & carving board is a versatile kitchen essential, available in regular and extra-large sizes to suit everything from everyday food preparation to generous sunday roasts. The spiked carving side keeps meat steady while you slice, while the built-in juice groove helps catch liquids and keep worktops clean. Flip the board over for a smooth, flat surface ideal for chopping vegetables, herbs and bread. The extra-large size also provides plenty of space for carving, preparing and serving, making it ideal for larger joints, trimmings, cheeses and charcuterie. Made from sustainably sourced bamboo, the hard-wearing surface is gentle on knives and built for everyday use. Simply hand wash with warm water and mild detergent, then dry thoroughly.
