Self assembly difficulties
"The three pilot holes drilled into each outside edge we're of insufficient depth, around 40mm, into 70mm timber, rather than all the way with a larger size drill bit to create a clearance hole right through. This would enable locating the entry point into the end grain of the frame so that a pilot hole could be drilled up to 30mm depth, so facilitating the joint using the 100mm screws supplied. I had to use a Gimlet to continue the hole up to 70mm. Most standard drill bits of 3mm or 4mm only allow drilling to about 60mm. You should supply a long drill bit of at least 100mm ĺength in addition to the screws, hinges, bolt etc. ,"
