A cross between amaryllis and nerines, amarine ‘garden angels’ will bring heavenly hues to your borders and containers. Bred specifically for the cut flower industry, the blooms are large and striking. Forming sprays, the wavy re-curved petals are held on leafless stems in late summer and into the autumn. A favourite with florists, amarine’s make an interesting and long-lasting addition to indoor floral arrangements and bouquets. This collection comprises; amarine tubergenii 'belladiva emanuelle’ - boasting huge clusters of pale pink blooms; amarine tubergenii 'belladiva anastasia’ – bright, rosy pink blooms; and amarine tubergenii 'belladiva aphrodite’, bright pink blooms. Hardy bulbous perennials to around -10°c. Amarine prefer to be grown in very well-drained soil in a sunny position growing to a height of 45-60cm, with clumps of strap-shaped foliage spreading to around 30cm.
