Low growing with a height and spread of 15-30cm, pulsatilla vulgaris fairy dreams is perfect for groundcover and will naturalise easily. A beautiful addition to any garden and superb in a gravel bed, alpine garden or a container on the patio. Pulsatilla vulgaris fairy dreams will thrive in full sun in neutral or acidic, well-drained soil and the nectar rich flowers will be welcomed by local bees and other pollinators. Classed as a fully hardy h7 herbaceous perennial, growth will die back in the autumn, with new growth emerging in the spring. Additional winter protection is not required.
