Like most, crocus x luteus 'golden yellow' will also happily establish in rockeries and open ground and make a beautiful inclusion in a posy vase. Bulbs should be planted in autumn and prefer well-drained soil in full sun. A hardy, bulbous perennial which will naturalise in the right conditions and grow to a height of 15cm.
